At GSI CASH & CARRY, we are committed to delivering your grocery and household essentials quickly and reliably across Malaysia.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Our processing days are Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our courier partners (J&T Express or PosLaju), the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 business days.

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • In the row for 0.001 kg to 1 kg, 6.90.

  • In the row for 1.0001 kg and above, 10.90.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
