Shipping Policy

At GSI CASH CARRY, we are committed to delivering your grocery and household essentials quickly and reliably across Malaysia.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Our processing days are Monday to Friday.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+8) Monday – Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our courier partners (J&T Express or PosLaju), the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Malaysia: 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Fixed rate RM10.00

  • International Shipping when chakout will know

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
